The team arrived in a timely manner after a storm even during one of the worst winters with extremely heavy snow falls. The team was always respectful of my property, polite when asked questions and always did a great job with snow removal and dealing with freezing rain and ice. When needed, ample amounts of salt was applied. It was fabulous having our cars cleaned. The Epstein Team did such an obviously excellent job several of my neighbours asked for the company information which I was pleased to provide so they could get information on the service for their property. Mr Epstein and his team have done excellent work for our clients over the years and we constantly refer them to people who can use their great services from landscaping, fences and in the winter a professional snow removal team that also does commercial work. It is important for me to note that I have never had a client come back and say anything negative, they have always been happy. When you have a principal who works hard and respects his clients you have a winning combination. They did a fabulous job in relevelling and resanding my interlocking patio. They came on time and completed the work in one and a half days. Left the area cleaned. Always replied to my texts quickly.
